HopCat is all about craft beer, delicious food made from scratch, and fun environments that our guests and employees love. We're looking for both kitchen (BOH) and restaurant (FOH) managers to join our internal management team.

HopCat is a part of Project BarFly. You'll find good structure and support from the overall home office team and Ops leadership, with the needed autonomy to guide and run this restaurant.

Here's a snapshot of what you will do, if you like us and we like you:

  • Manage a high-volume, fun bar/restaurant
  • Recruit, hire, train and coach employees
  • Develop relationships with food and beverage suppliers
  • Manage budgets and the overall P & L
  • Create inventories and order food, beverages and supplies
  • Develop relationships with the local community

If you're an energetic, organized and inspiring leader with at least 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting, we'd love to talk to you.
