What You Need for this Position
Bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of related experience working in Hotel Operations preferred
Driven by purpose, mission, values, and has sense of urgency
Strong decision making skills, able to make quick decisions that benefit both the guest(s) and the company
Positivity and flexibility with a changing schedule
Ability to work weekends and holidays
Able to build positive short and long term relationships with guests and team

Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 10 hours or more
