Position Summary:
Responsible for the management of all restaurant, bar, and event functions in the hotel while continuing efforts to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Responsible for maintaining the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards according to the following 6PM Hospitality’s Core Values, 6PM Hospitality Partners, LLC. and Hilton Standards, and local Health Department standards.
