Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present food according to established recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
• Maintain consistency, accuracy, and presentation across all menu items.
• Assist with food preparation and execution for catering events, parties, specials, and other functions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Follow assigned schedules and communicate availability or scheduling concerns promptly.
• Help receive, organize, rotate, and properly store food and supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management when items need to be reordered.
• Use kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance or repair needs.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, cleaning, and workplace safety procedures.
• Help minimize food waste and control portion sizes to support food-cost goals.
• Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and other assigned kitchen duties.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Qualification

• Previous kitchen or food-service experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety.
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and portion standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain a flexible schedule.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must meet all applicable food-safety and age requirements.
