Café Zola and Zola Bistro are hiring experienced line cooks to join our kitchen team. We prepare our food in-house using fresh, high-quality ingredients and are looking for cooks who care about their craft, work well with a team, and take pride in what they put on the plate.

Pay: $18–$24/hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Work the line during breakfast, lunch and/or dinner service
• Prepare dishes according to Zola recipes and standards
• Maintain quality, consistency and presentation
• Keep your station clean, stocked and organized
• Assist with daily prep and kitchen responsibilities
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Work as part of a fast-paced, experienced kitchen team

What We're Looking For

• Previous line cook or professional kitchen experience
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a busy kitchen
• Strong attention to quality and detail
• Clean and organized work habits
• Weekend availability
