SBC requires a high standard for meal preparation. All food is prepared from scratch in a fun filled environment. All line cooks must have good communication skills in order to maintain an orderly workplace. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be able to maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations. All positions must be able to work long shifts on their feet; nights, weekends and (certain) holidays are required hours.
